Have you paid close attention to the obstacles in your path??
Most of the time the first obstacle is our own mind, isn’t it?
What I share may be easy to understand and simple to apply as well, yet we fail to implement them in real life. Is it because these things require courage, humility and discipline??
Do you have these traits??
I know you do.?
But for some reason, you are still where you are and people expect you to progress.?
But how would you progress if you keep doing the things you have always been doing??
People come and tell me that It is too difficult. If that happens, I just share a passage from the Untethered Soul by Michael Singer. In the book, he says that we are all dogs with electric collars running around within electric fences thinking we are all free. And every time we get close to the electric fence we get a shock from the collar and then we go back to our comfort zone because who wants to endure the pain right? But that's where I remember the no, pain no gain philosophy.

Everyone goes from the phase of crawling to walking, but when we transition in that phase we fall multiple times, we get hurt but we still keep trying to walk, we don't just give up trying to walk and go back to crawling because it is comfortable there, we endure the pain and move forward.?
The same logic applies to the electric fence, even though you feel the pain when you get too close to it, you need to learn from that pain and move ahead because there is freedom on the other side. Freedom from all the clutter that you need to BreakFree from!
A? lot of people come and tell me that they don't have the time but let me clarify this in the context of a mountain climber, If i am climbing a summit and I have extra weight in my bag or in my hands, it greatly reduces the chance of me reaching the summit and in the same way if I have too much clutter in my life it greatly reduces the chances of me reaching my goals. So removing this clutter can make it easier for you to live a more productive life. You will have more time on your hands to do things you had paused, to spend time with your family and friends.?
Remember, in life the path you choose to walk upon will not always be straight. There will be ups and downs but you need to survive the downs and seek the ups. As a mountaineer, when we climb the summit it is never a straight ascending climb. We have a lot of peaks and a lot of valleys, and when we are in the valleys it is dark and lonely there, we feel scared but we don't give up and keep moving forward in anticipation of the peaks.?
The struggle starts in the mind, and once we overcome that, half our journey is already covered...share how you overcome the obstacles in life in the comments section below and inspire the tribe to learn from your experience.?
