CHAPTER 1: Personal Development Challenge

“Ma, I will become one the most successful woman and no one can stop me, I am loving this course and I think I have made the right decision” Sanjana seem to be very confident while telling this to her concerned mother over the phone call to make her mother proud and an attempt to end the worries of her mother but she knew in her heart that she is in a big problem, even though she never lied to her parents but this time she couldn’t have strength to tell the truth.

Disclaimer: In one of my life coaching session I came across her. The incidents are true but character name Sanjana is not a real name, this is done to maintain the privacy, thanks to her and her family for letting me to write down glimpse of her courageous life journey so that people from all walks of life can also learn the real techniques to overcome challenges which affects the personal growth. This is also not related to any person who has been named as SANJANA and if such incidents are depicts similar or near to similar to any person then it is purely coincidence not intentional.

Chapter 1: Personal Growth Challenge

Sanjana took admission in software testing course to get job in software industry though she has completed B. TECH, she took this decision of her own and soon realized that she cannot able to cope up with the software testing course, which put her in dilemma whether she has made right decision or not, she was standing on directionless path carrying a baggage of expectation of her family and her own dreams.

When I met Sanjana, she told me about her goals in life and her sufferings which she was going through. During our interaction she understood that “Goals are not enough, planning and execution of plans to reach the goals are only way to progress in life, regular improvement in knowledge and skills are the best practices one can do to elevate him/herself in any particular industry and life too”

End of the session Sanjana decided to turn the tide and time in favour of her. Now the question arises is HOW?
