Channel Operation Manager

Responsibility Description*

 1.The operation channel manager is responsible for developing and managing all partner activities, such as partner registration, partner training organisation, partner opportunities gestation etc, in order to drive profitability and grow revenue.

2. 2+ worked experience 

3.French speaking is necessary

4.The aim is to build a best channel ecosystem which differentiate flex from the competition.

 Professional Knowledge *

 1.Understand the company's products/applications, process/policies and organization

2.Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, international business from a recognized university

3.Strong sales management skill and good interpersonal skills

4.Fluent in both spoken and written English and French

 Business Skills *

 1.Strong sales mentality with strong analytical and communication skills

2.Understand market/channel partner requirements in the industries

3.Ability to work in an international organization with remote management
