Channel Islands Post Acute Care and Friendship Center working together!

Friendship Center is proud to partner with Channel Islands Post Acute Care Management Team in supporting our members. With their bright Orange Shopping Bags Jill Ricafrente, Jackie Cabrera (ED) and her team bring fun and exciting snacks, drinks and activity items for our members to enjoy at home. They have also brought delicious desserts to our special holiday events and even provided additional staff to plate and hand out desserts to members while interacting with them and providing additional joy and socialization.

This month, they came through again with a promise to sponsor one of our “Gift Baskets” for our September fundraiser- Wine Down event. We count on the generosity of our business community for support every month of the year.
