Changing the timezone on ODA lite systems

Sometimes it happens that you need to change the timezone of a system. As it is very easy doing it on a plain linux server, you need to do some more steps on Oracle database appliances. For HA systems there is a nice note, but unfortunately the steps of the note do not work on the ODA lite models.
