After running my independent leadership consulting practice for seven years, in September 2021, I became a full-time employee of Linkage, Inc.??I work as a?Principal Consultant and Executive Coach.??Linkage is a boutique international leadership development firm. Linkage is "Changing the Face of Leadership" ? through its work with over one million Fortune 1000 leaders.??They have developed tools and processes to improve leaders' quality and effectiveness, resulting in better outcomes and increased revenue and profits.

That insistence says a lot about who Jennifer McCollum is as a leader.??When she later invited me to join Linkage as an employee, I joined because I was impressed with Linkage as a company and Jennifer as a person and leader.
