The Changing face of business in 2022!

Hey everyone, How are you all this fine Monday, week two of 2022…

Thank you for taking the time to be here, I hope you are keeping safe and well as the New Variant sweeps the Northwest, compromising our NHS and businesses.

If you have taken the steps to ensure that you and your staff are safe, with protocols in place that are actually being used! I applaud you, if you and your teams are working from home to safeguard your business and customers again I applaud you. I understand how difficult this all is and I know how stressful and hard it is when staff ring in sick in ‘normal’ times let alone now... Adapting constantly is so hard, but a necessary evil.

Reports say 25% of staff in our Local NHS are on sick leave, and talks of the military being drafted in to support our Ambulance service, so whilst our government keeps to plan B- I wonder is it enough? Personally, I don't think so, we are already seeing hospitals locked down, routine and non-urgent care halted- postponed, but to what future cost? This will only get much worse before it gets better, there I said, one variant after another until the virus has either done its job or we as the human race play our part effectively and find a cure or at the very least build up immunity as with other diseases, this will take years. You may or may not agree and that's perfectly ok. But I do think we need to plan it all out as much as possible even if it only gives us headspace and focus.

So for now we need to get used to living with the new ‘normal’ whatever that looks like for you and your business-family etc.

Planning out the next few months up to 24 months would be the best option, why not look to make permanent changes now to safeguard your income and your business development.

Not to mention your sanity!

If you are an offline business with offices, shops etc look at how you can develop products for sale in the online space, you may also be able to convert services into a virtual space, training material, guides, courses, consider adding memberships to your offers.

A client of mine is currently moving part of her business into a paid subscription service, another opened a landing page directly into her best selling product to use at home being a beauty technician she has developed a spa treatment package, another has created a course to support her clients, selling it for a reasonable cost to lead into her full program coming mid June.

There is always a way to develop this even if you are not sure of it yet or how it will work.

This is where mentorship and coaching come in, to help you get your head around the tech, the ideas, the method, pricing, and how to do it.

An ear could be all you need to help you plan out the offer or product to market and how to integrate it into the business module.
