Reflecting on Growth

What an incredible journey 2024 has been!

After dedicating 15+ years to advancing accessibility in organizations, I embraced the opportunity to expand my impact through full-time consulting and project management. The WINS Change Access Network emerged as a natural extension of this work, bringing together accessibility experts and organizations committed to creating truly inclusive environments. From international presentations to local community engagement, this first full year of operation has shown how collaborative, meaningful change can transform accessibility for all.

Let's continue to change access together!
