Changes to the MASTER CLASS

Yes, I am making changes – BIG ONES – and you want to know about it!

For Context...

You may or may not know that my Signature program is my Private Practice Success: Introductory Level Program.

I used to run these as a 1-day workshop, travelling around the country and presenting in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and once upon a time even Perth. These were great opportunities for me to meet practice owners from around Australia, truly getting to talk, connect and get to know the challenges that they are facing on a day to day basis.

I should mention that the title of that of the this program – more specifically the use of the word Introductory Level - can be misleading. To be clear, it doesn't mean that it is for people who are new to private practice or people wanting to start a private practice. It is an Introduction to MY MODEL - the Private Practice Success Model.

I have had people complete the Introductory Level program that has been in private practice for longer than I have, but they came because where interested to learn how I do it to my business model; what my views, my opinions, my skill skills, my knowledge, my experience and competencies were that has allowed me to build 2 x 7-Figure group private practices and they recognise the saying that… ‘You don’t know what you don’t know’.

As such, I have found that people love doing the Introductory Program, irrespective of what stage of development their practice is at and once people have done the Introductory Level Program, they then have the opportunity to take the next step of learning and attend the Master Class.

Up until this year (2019), the Master Class consisted of a 2-day weekend workshop, with entry into the Master Class being dependent on completion of the Introductory Level Program as the Master Class builds on the content I share in the Introductory Level Program.

This means you come into the Master Class with the basic knowledge and principles of doing it the Private Practice Success way, allowing us to build on that.

The Master Class is one of the most content-rich and intensive programs that I run so much so that I am literally exhausted at the end of it. But I am also very much inspired and exhilarated at the end of each one because I've spent 2 days with amazing, driven, passionate practice owners and I have given my all to them.

So what are the changes...?

First, you now have the option to complete the 1-day Introductory Level Program ONLINE [ https://www.gerdamuller.com.au/private-practice-success/ ]

I've taken it online as part of my vision to make the Introductory Level content available to practice owners living and working in regional, rural and remote areas, allowing them to save time and money on losing client hours, arranging babysitters, booking flights, accommodation, transport and all of that stuff in order to get to a big city to attend in person. This of course also means they can do it from anywhere and at any time and at their own pace.

Going forward in 2020, the Master Class is no longer taking place over 2 days. Instead, it is going to be 3 days and this level of the training is still happening in person. To be honest, I have been contemplating making it 3 days for the last 3 years and it’s finally happening.

The reason…? Because I find that it is so content rich and so full on – and despite it being filled with pockets of implementation sessions – that people still tell me that they wish they had more time for getting stuck into implementing what they learnt over the 2 days.

Because what often happens is that people hop on the plane or in the car to go back to the practice and before they know it they are straight back into the daily grind. Now, I’m all for the hustle, but I also know that without working ON your practice you are not going to see the results I know that you can have if you implement what I teach you.

Maybe you are able to relate here… You purchasing a program, you listen to the content and think ‘Oh my goodness, this is amazing, this is going to change everything’… and then…

….and then you don't have the time to implement it!

How disappointing and frustrating and I don’t want that for my people!

So, this is what I am doing about it…

The Master Class will still have the same content-rich and intensive flavour over the first 2 days, during which I will share all the usual and most up to date content, but I am adding a 3rd day of sheer implementation.

We're going all in and you're going to start implementing stuff and I'm going to have my team there on the day to help you. You will have direct access to my Principal Psychologist, my Clinical Team Leader, my Client Relationship Team Leader, my Accounts Person, my Personal Assistant and any of my other team members whom I may invite. These guys, together with myself, will be there on the third day to help you implement, implement, implement and implement because I truly want you to maintain the momentum and go home knowing that you've already started to get a return on your investment.

Now, please note...

There will only be ONE Master Class in 2020 and it will run over 3, 4 & 5 June 2020.

The reason for only 1 Master Class is because I am also running ELEVATE 2020, which is the Inaugural Private Practice Success Conference which is going to take a huge amount of my time to perfect and turn into the mind-blowing lux event that I intend it to be.

Master Class VERSUS Elevate 2020...

I’ve already had people asking me about the difference between Master Class and Elevate 2020 so here it is….

The only similarity is the fact that I am the Founder & Organiser of both events, EVERYTHING ELSE is different.

Master Class is a workshop that offers a manual-like content structure for running, building and expanding your practice.

Elevate 2020 is going to be about both micro and macro strategy and the mindset required to be an allied health and mental health practice owner and impact-entrepreneur – strategies shared with you by an array of Speakers, including myself.

So, the short answer is this: You need to attend both!

There is no doubt in my mind that these two events will be the best investments you will make in your business and in your continuing professional development during 2020 - hands down THE BEST.

Master Class Investment...

As you can image, with the Master Class going from 2 to 3 days, the cost to run this event has increased with a third, which means I really have no choice but to increase the investment amount as of 2020.
