?The past two years have been difficult for all of us because of the on-going pandemic. We have inculcated a lot of habits in the past year that might not be working in our best interest. We have become used to our comfort zone. We don’t realize it but some newly adapted habits are affecting our lifestyles severely and not for the good. To lead a better life, it’s high time we change our old toxic habits in 2022.

5 Habits to work on

As per a study, it is believed that everything within and around us is filled with energy and if you can be consciously aware of your life choices then your energy and vibrational frequency can be matched with that of the universal growth which in return helps in your personal growth. By adapting to these 5 habits, you can self-regulate and change your toxic habits of 2021.

1.????Inculcate Gratitude

Gratitude is a gesture of thankful appreciation for something that an individual receives, which can be either tangible or intangible. With gratitude, people acknowledge the goodness in their lives. In the process of gratitude, people usually realize and recognize the fact that the source of that goodness lies partially outside of themselves.
