Change Your Perception..

Your perception of something today doesn't need to be your perception 1 year from now.

In fact, when it comes to your health and fitness, I hope your perception does change!

When growth happens, your perception changes.

If you want to get better at running for example, but right now you think running 3km is hard.

If you still think running 3km is hard 1 year from now, then you have clearly not grown or made any progress towards your goal.

If however, you get to work and start making progress with your running, 3km will seem very easy to you 1 year from now.

1 year difference, completely different perceptions.

What happened?

Growth ??

We recently had a member run his first ultra-marathon. When he joined the program, the furthest he had ever run was 10km and he found that daunting.

A 10km is now a warm up for some of his sessions!!

Do the work and constantly strive for progress each day and each week.

In 1 year's time, you will laugh at what you thought was hard today.

What is one thing you want to change your perception of this year?
