Focusing daily on your goal will help you develop the momentum to achieve it. We recommend that you create a WHY statement for each of your goals. This is the real reason why you want to achieve your goal and needs to include strong emotions that will inspire you.
Nobody wants to lose weight because they want to fit into some of their old clothes. This is just a bonus for losing weight. The real reason that they want to lose weight is to look more attractive. You know it and we know it. So, write this in your WHY statement and describe how you will feel when you lose the weight you desire.
Once you have written your WHY statement you need to test it. Read it out loud and note how it makes you feel. If it inspires you to take action right away then it is a good WHY statement. Make it emotionally stronger if it doesn’t inspire you as much as you want it to.

These days, too many people focus on what they lack in their life. Their friend has just taken delivery of a new car so they want a better new car. They are influenced by social media and advertising and want many things that they don’t have at the moment.
This is not a good way to live your life. If someone that you know has something new then so what? They may have gone into a lot of debt to buy that fancy new car for example. At the end of the day, the car will get them from one place to another just as your car will. It is not worth creating mountains of debt to be the same as them or better.
The biggest problem with always wanting new things is that you are never fulfilled. A new thing can make you feel good for a short while, but all too quickly you will be chasing after something else. Developing an attitude of gratitude is the answer to this.
When you are grateful for what you have the Universe will bring you more things to be grateful for. This is the opposite of chasing down every new thing that you see. So, if you want to change your life for the better, start being grateful for the people and things that you already have in your life.
