Working with our consulting services teams, you'll get to:
- Interview clients to understand existing processes and workflows, gather inputs and data.
- Analyze workflows and team dynamics. Diagram data and process models from that research.
- Work with senior team members to create acurrent and future state models, processes, and work sequences.?
- Attend meetings and workshops, document results, manage follow up, schedules, meeting/workshop preparation, working-level client coordination and communications in support of our work.
- Exceptional analytical and evaluative skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable communicating and working with senior-level clients
- Passionate about improving workflows, effectiveness, and efficiency of processes
- Natural curiosity of how organizations work, how people work together, and methods/models that improve individuals working in relationship
- High proficiency in Omnigraffle, Excel, Powerpoint?
- Driven by attention to detail
- Experienced in producing client-facing deliverables, visually-oriented, storytelling
- Bonus: Interest/experience in the Life Sciences field (Pharma, Med Device, Healthcare)
- Bonus: Prior experience/training with AgencyAgile
