As a positive minded person I always struggle when I write about the headwinds that are approaching our economy. ?? ???? ???????????????? ???? ???????? ???????????????????? ?????? ?????????? ???????????????? ????????????????????????????. ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????????????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ?? ??????????????. I know I will get through this current downturn just fine. My prospective clients who invest in their firms future will be the ones who will come out the back side of this recession even stronger. ?????? ???????? ???????? ?????????????? ?????? ???????????????????? ???????? ?????????? ?????? ???????? ???????????? ?????????????? ?????? ?????? ?????????? ???? ????????.

This leads me to the point of of asking how CPA's and Accountants can help their clients in tight times. Cost cutting is only one aspect of a strong P&L. Cut your expenses and slash your inventory are just the front line. Marginal businesses (B and C clients) will struggle the most as we know. For the accountants out there pushing tax savings tips and tricks that market will be shrinking in the coming months. ??????? ?????? ???????????????? ???? ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????????????????? ?????????????? ?????? ??????'?? ???????? ?? ?????? ?????????????? ???????? ?????????? ?????????????????? ???? ?????????? ??????????????????????

Business Advisory Services is also about the numbers not on the Balance Sheet and P&L. Do you know how to advise your clients on how to increase Gross Sales, Profit Margins with little or no risk of losing customers? Do you know how to help them find their (USP) Unique Selling Proposition? Do you know how to advise them on how to cross sell and increase the frequency of sale? What about Joint Ventures? ???? ???????? ?????????? ???? ?????? ???????? ???????????? ???? ???? ?? ???????????? ?????? ???? ?????????????? ???????? ?????? ???????????????? ?????????????????? ?????? ?????????????? because it's more cost effective to increase revenue from them than it is to bring on a new client or customer.

The same can be said for Accountants. There is so much business opportunity within your own client base its startling. ???????? ???? ???????? ?????????????? ?????????????? ???????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ?????????????????????? ?????????? ??????.????????? ?????????????? ???????? ???????? ????????. You had better ask them before someone else does?

Accountants who give great service are viewed as valuable resources for a business, not a necessary evil of expense!
