Change the way you see .....

Development is the positive change which is desirable for a particular community, of a particular location in a specific time frame. As the human and the environments around them are evolving the needs, demands and way of observation toward the world is changing very fast.

We the Developmentwalas who sometimes realis that we know better than a community about their development and proudly declare that “We are working for the community” is actually technically wrong statement.

The question is how we differ ourselves from a community? And to find this answer we need to ask another question “By which common factor we are creating this community?” Is it by the origin or economic power or from the place they belong?

In my thoughts when we are talking about development, the people who are sharing the common problem should be tagged as a community. And when we are working on a problem like climate change or inequality, directly or indirectly we are also getting effected by it. So we all are from the same community and working for us and our future generations. In that case “We are working for with the community”
