Have you ever feel devastated, ruined by someone, the way they comport, and behave with you?
Have you ever feel the expectation of somebody else tendency, judgments the people and even their reaction is causing you a very insane emotional harm or hurt from their wrong action, problems, mistakes?
For some of people or most of us get to fall in deep grievance that brings some hard and bad experiences in which causing strong effect and holding us back from being the real person that we can be.
We act shamely in a kind of worry that if I do wrong, what is going to happen another time.
Living in that state that even our action is completely opposite from the right things done to gain the insight and trust to the surrounding.
Have you ever been improperly insulted by the blemish, the unwanted, intolerable act that you see others are suffering or maybe personally you?
In those situations, we feel a very strong feeling of intense fear that brings you to a hiding place.
In order to conceive that place, we lost the confidence of we are capable of doing good things and even creating impact in other lives.
We often do more of ourselves to not lose anything that we do gain and earn. We hold on what we get to not let it disappear.
We are afraid to not get missing out then look for the chance of a new opportunity.
The conscious level that we live to or we programmed is more up to keep us in the comfort place.
That is why most people don’t resist their challenges but instead running away from the demand assumptive to understanding the truth without proving the measurement identity that mostly justify the evidence of their validity.

In an ideal world, our thoughts, experiences and beliefs would remain in a continuous state of refinement and renewal. We would frequently be exposed to new and interesting people and situations, and we would constantly discover and enhance new aspects of our emotional and intellectual lives.

Whatever the reason, it's not hard to change the way we think -- but it does take some effort.

Many of us may think that emotions and feelings are quite identical and highly interconnected, but the two are very different things.
“Emotions” is a physical response to change that is hardwired and universal, while “feelings” is the other the side of the coin, mental associations and reactions to an emotion that are personal.
Most likely an affection that corresponds to your emotion, now no matter how different they are, it’s indescribable how important their role to balance your mental health. Be careful of what you think
Thoughts are like a video that plays on the screen of your mind. What you play there, determines the kind of life you live and the experiences you meet.
To make changes in your life, you have to play a different video, one that you like more.
The Power of Thoughts Is a Creative Power
You can train and strengthen this power. You can use it to make changes in your life, and also to influence other people's minds.
Your thoughts pass from your conscious mind to your subconscious mind, which in turn, influences your actions in accordance with these thoughts.
Your thoughts also pass to other minds, and consequently, people who are in a position to help you, might offer you their help, sometimes, without even knowing why.
This might some strange and unbelievable. You don't have to accept these words, but if you analyse the kind of thoughts you think, and the kind of life you live, you will discover interesting things about the mind.
The power of your mind is part of the creative power of the Universe, which means that your thoughts work together with it. You are a manifestation of the Universal mind.
When you repeat the same thought over and again, in one way or another, this mighty power helps you make your thoughts come true.
Using the power of thoughts effectively, is an act of "practical daydreaming".
If you plant seeds, water them, and give them fertilizers, they will grow into healthy and strong plants.
Thoughts, like seeds, have a natural tendency to grow and manifest in your life, if you feed them with attention, interest and enthusiasm.
Don't be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your heart
