Change This…Then EVERYTHING Changes For You
Hey,
Let me share something with you that WILL make a difference.
It’s not something I’ve come up with.
It’s something I heard my friend Dean Graziosi talk about at an event recently.
He said this:
“How hard you work has nothing to do with how much money you make.”
Think about it.
There are laborers out there right now in 100-degree heat sweating hard…
…earning minimum wage.
But there’s an investor who’s been sitting in their jacuzzi all day…
…yet without lifting a finger today, may have just made 7 figures.
Is that fair?
Maybe, maybe not.
But the difference between the two is value.
The laborers get paid the going rate for the work they do.
The investor gets a return on the additional value their investment has created.
So the question to ask is this:
“How do YOU increase your value in the marketplace?”
Before you give your answer…
…let me tell you what it’s NOT.
It’s NOT about working harder.
Something has to change.
But it’s not the amount of effort you make.
It’s much simpler than that.
Here it is…
…you’ve got to change how you look at things.

Dean uses this example to illustrate his point.
If you chop down an oak tree there are many different ways you can use the wood.
But you could also make a violin that could be sold for as much as $2.7m dollars.
So when you look at an oak tree…
…what do you see?
Toothpicks?
Firewood?
Dining tables?
…or very expensive violins?
Here’s the thing.
It’s the same oak tree.
The only thing that affects how you see it…
…is your mindset.
It’s the same with real estate.
Your mindset will dictate the opportunities you’ll see.
That’s why The Gator Method has a big section on developing your mindset.
It’s a key part of what separates those that make it in real estate…
…and those that don’t.
I’m doing a free training tomorrow, Saturday at 12pm Eastern about how the Gator Method works.
There’s a big section on mindset.
It’s worth attending, just for that.
See you there.

P.S. The advantage of understanding Gator is you’ll see real estate differently. You’ll shift from toothpicks to violins. Click here to see what I mean
