Change—How do you feel as an individual when you hear this word? Please share your thoughts in the comments.
People say change is not easy. The shift from a fixed mindset to growth is the toughest thing the human brain can adapt to. Although there are processes, tools, and techniques available on the market which help the brain transform from one thought process to another one.
The best way to adopt a change starts with "I". How?
Yoga Pranayama (Meditation) and focus are proportional to each other. This will shift the human brain from all the nonsense happening in their surroundings to focus on "I".
Meditation will help us to have control of our feelings, emotions, and thoughts. Our body is designed in such a way that you want to break all bars and have an infinite goal, which is SHANTI (Peace). To achieve that, one has to focus.
For example:
If your goal is to buy a Mercedes, and you bought it, but what next? An individual will set a new goal, but will it give you inner peace? It may satisfy you for a few days, but what happens when your human tenure ends and you seek immense peace? better to start from today.
Utilize all your positive energies to achieve the end goal of your life, which is Shanti.

The exercise of yoga will develop motivation in an individual. Where you will have a growing mindset and understand that nothing is permanent in life.
Lord Krishna told Arjun in the Bhagwat Gita:?
Whatever happened was good, and whatever is happening is for the best.Whatever happens, it will also be good.
What did you lose that makes you cry? What did you bring that you lost?
What did you create that got destroyed? You took what you took. He gave from what was given.
What is yours today will belong to someone else tomorrow. Change is the law of the world.
So keep that in mind. We all have a growing mindset. We humans just need to develop it through yoga.
