Change - A Necessary Constant
To keep your life exciting, there is only way to move forward - Evolve .
Our entire human species has been doing that for so many thousands of years. To evolve is to shed your old skin and allow new ones to grow. To stay strong to your roots, but to allow you old leaves to fall apart, and greener ones to grow. To allow water to leave your body, and to consume more of it to keep your body hydrated. To evolve is to change. Physically, mentally or spiritually, change.
If you are going to have a fixed mindset, do the same thing every passing day, you will tire your brain out of extreme predictability. If everything that is going to happen, what you are going to feel, what you are going to do next is known to your brain, then what are you alive for?
Change is that necessary constant which keeps you excited for the future to come. It is that entity that makes you realize the importance of the present, because this present is soon going to disappear. In fact, it already has.
Change your thought process every now and then.
Be like water. Something about it is always changing, something about is always constant. It might remain in the liquid state, but it’s temperature is rising. It might be at a constant temperature, but evaporating into gas or solidifying into ice. It might stay liquid, and at the same temperature, but it could be changing it’s shape by moving from one container to container. In other times, it is still. Stiller than anything else. Allowing the impurities to settle down, allowing you to clearly see through it.
We all are energies. The universe operates in terms of energies. If you have studied a little bit of Science, you know that energy is neither created nor destroyed, but is converted to one form from another.
