Be the change
SportsFaith Play of the day from the Ultimate Playbook!
Jonah 4:11 And should not I pity?Nineveh, that great city, in which there are more than 120,000 persons who do not know their right hand from their left, and also much?cattle?”
Yes... even there. Jonah was so quick to point the judgmental finger and got mad a God for not obliterating Nineveh. God rejoices more from a changed heart than a dead one. Our world needs help and we can start making an impact in the cities that we are planted. Don't pray for destruction... pray for God sized change. We can be the answer to prayer by making impacts in our towns that show Jesus working through us. Be the change and have a blessed day!

2 年This struck a chord with me Matt. My own beautiful city has been almost seemingly to be unredeemable as so much evil has taken over, but God is quietly restoring her from the inside out. Like Jonah I have struggled with bad decisions, people moving out and crime on the rise, but God is so much bigger than all of that. Still trusting and if I have a voice to help I will be that voice! Keep praying for my city!
