Change Management in MSME and Story.

Many MSMEs with very hard work and S.M.A.R.T work has achieved 10 to 100 crore turnover and spent critical year of youth and now successor (May be son or professionals) in sight, so new practices and systems are required to achieve higher growth rate and use of technologies.?

?This remind me of story as follows.

?One cardiology doctor's car broke down and he goes to the mechanic.?When the mechanic was attending, he asked the doctor what you do to humans, I do to automobiles, So why do I charge you about 2500 Rs. while you charge 2,50,000/- ??

?Doctor replied.?You do repairs on the stopped engine, while I have to keep the engine (heart) running and do repair.?

?The moral of story is slow and steady wins the race.?Team has to be carried with you and loyalty Vs Professionalism will be a great challenge.

?So as a leader, you have to have clear path and move slowly but firmly towards goal.
