Many people are afraid of changes. They are scared to grow. They have a fear of experiencing constantly changing emotions from others.

Many recent research shows that most teenagers are in fear of rejection and changing emotions from their parents, partners and friends.

But one should always remember that change is inevitable.

No one can escape from change.

It is a part of a growth story as it helps you grow.
