CHANGE.

Change. Change usually happens slowly but we are always changing and growing. Today, we are in a time for rapid growth. I am making a commitment to keep moving forward and keep staying positive. I've had many hurdles but I keep smiling and looking for new ways to be creative. Some times it works and some times it doesn't but we have to keep moving forward.

When you focus on what you want you work harder to make that your new reality. I want to encourage you to work hard now towards your new reality while taking the time to be safe and take care of your needs.

This is such an important time as we make strategic decisions to plant those seeds for the future. For me it's more content, more learning, more connecting, and definitely more VIRTUAL!

Podcasts, online training, and virtual coaching are all on my dashboard now as I branch out from being behind the scenes. It's a change I know I need to make as I develop my brand coaching platform. I want to encourage you to tell your story and grow your brand now! Don't wait.

I had a friend reach out to me last night for help with his new company's brand identity. Texting solutions and creating together, I realized moving forward with bringing my branding services online is one of the most important things I can work on. I'm sure you've had similar experiences where you know you need to follow your gut. Do more of that!

I encouraged a former student to update her bio after getting a new job. Our story is one of the most important parts of our lives. Sharing our successes, our vulnerability and our visions for our new future is important right now. I'm going to take my own advice and continue to tell my story and share that with you. I'm fortunate to be where I am today. It didn't happen overnight and like you I've faced many challenges along the way. We need to bring everyone forward together and celebrate our successes along the way. So, before I forget CONGRATS to my former student and digital marketing expert, Jheanelle Soyibo, on your new job! Keep the hustle going in Atlanta!

I challenge you to develop your plan and use your time wisely today. Enjoy your life - your family - your friends -your pets - but keep innovating and push forward during these hard times while reaching out and helping others along the way. That's the best we can do to ensure a bright future.
