Change Is Inevitable - though not always comfortable ??????????

You might have noticed the stop-and-start nature of The Leaders Work Newsletters and offerings this past year. I have been working hard at taking The Leaders Work from working ‘ok’ to being a ‘successful business’ in the last 4 years - and I’m still sad about it, and embarrassed to report it - that I failed.?

Most of my clients found the Work transformational - but I don’t have enough new clients to sustain TLW.?

Recently some unexpected high expenses forced me to take on unrelated work. I'm using this as an opportunity to reconsider what I am doing.?

After some serious grieving about my ‘failure’ (aka step on the way aka learning curve ????) I’ve decided to do an Elon Musk-inspired redesign - throwing pretty much everything out and starting fresh.?

So the website will go away. The Leaders Work will go away, period - the name, the brand, the client software, the courses and resources, and the social media pages (if you are in a program right now this will continue until concluded).?

Online meditations will stop, for now, most of online marketing and messaging will stop.?

I will finish the Zen for Vet Med book and publish it - it’s almost there anyway.?

Heart, Integrity, and Inner Freedom

I feel that focus on heart, integrity, and freedom need to be at the center of my work going forward.?

I believe that the stresses in our society happen because we lose touch with these qualities and trade them for imagined ‘security’.

I’ll start visioning from there and go step by step.?If you have any input, feel free to share it!

Let’s see what happens when I am guided by my crazy and outlandish truths instead of what my coaches and mentors tell me ‘will sell’. It’ll not be motivated by money but by humor, gentleness, silence, the natural world, mystic stories and wisdom, crazy thoughts, and clear realism.?

I will continue doing Interspecies Communications and Animal Spirit Guide Journeys.?

I will continue to practice mindfulness and deepen my own practice in the Work, being present, and chasing bliss. Not so that I can function well in society, but so that I feel complete in my being; so that I can laugh often, cry easily, and walk in bear country without fear.?

I will practice cartooning, be outside, and watch and listen to the world.?

I’ll be offering small in-person classes in WA.?I think. Maybe.
