As Founder and CEO of America's first staffing application, Cowboyz Tech Incorporated (C & S LLC) and CBZ-CGZ LLC, I have always been deeply committed to shaping the future of technology and workforce development, particularly for lone wolf drivers, veterans, and underserved communities. In this journey, I took on Louis Scalise and Martin Wu, providing them with great opportunities and leading the way by implementing them into the IBM Hackathon program, where Cowboyz Tech emerged as the winners. This experience reflects our broader mission of reshaping a failing industry into a thriving hub of new wave technology, as we developed innovative applications like FedNow and CashApp, which are revolutionizing the way drivers earn and the logistics industry operates.

As a college student in UI/UX at SCAD University in Atlanta, GA, I am continuously inspired by the intersection of design and technology, and how user-friendly interfaces can elevate the experiences of commercial drivers and customers alike. This academic background informs my approach to innovative design and is part of the driving force behind the work we are doing at Cowboyz Tech.

A crucial contributor to our success is my youngest daughter, Luciana Cavienss, who designed all the application logos, including the torch wrench, cyber service truck, and autonomy driver truck logos. These logos symbolize our commitment to operations led by tech-driven driver systems, where optimization of staffing in the diesel commercial driving app will set high standards. Our American federal application is designed to streamline processes like drop-and-hook slip seats and enable instant payouts for professional drivers, promoting autonomy and financial stability.

The NASDAQ Tower symbolizes the success of this effort, and it was an incredible honor for me and Luciana to be involved in the architectural design and formation of change that was symbolized in that structure. Our torch wrench represents a flag of innovation—one that we aim to fly in the future on the Teamster building as a mark of the new era of self-autonomy for CDL truck drivers, supported by new technology and a new master agreement.

We are determined to bring a new wave of technology and autonomy to the trucking industry, a shift that has been fueled by our dedication to the skills and independence of drivers. Our brokerage application will help empower truck drivers with the tools they need to succeed, offering greater control over their schedules and earnings.

This entire transformation was made possible because of the visionary leadership of President Donald J. Trump, whose administration championed innovation and deregulation, along with the advancement of FedNow and CashApp systems, which have created new pathways for financial freedom. Without this commitment to change, none of what we’ve accomplished would have been possible. We have seen the value of collaboration and innovation, and it is our mission to continue advancing this technology for truck drivers, business owners, and industry leaders alike.

The Brotherhood of Teamsters is built in Washington D.C., in front of the Nation’s Capital Building, facing it as a symbol of Cowboyz and Cowgirlz of America, who are the heart and soul of our economic systems. This mirrors the commitment made by Jimmy Hoffa to Martin Luther King during the civil rights movement, with a message of unity and progress on the day of Donald Trump's inauguration. Our vision for the New New Master Agreement for CDL drivers reflects this commitment to the future—a future where technology, autonomy, and economic prosperity are accessible to all, especially those who have been traditionally overlooked. This effort, along with the Teamster brotherhood, is about building a sustainable industry where autonomy, innovation, and opportunity are accessible to everyone.

What an inspiring journey! Cowboyz Tech's focus on innovation and empowerment in the trucking industry is remarkable. It's great to see companies taking such meaningful steps to support underserved communities. How do you feel these initiatives will shape the future of the logistics sector?
