Change is unsettling. Whether by choice or not, change interrupts our life's patterns, interferes with commitments, and creates subtle, and sometimes not so subtle stress.?
How we respond to change, however, determines whether the stresses are positive and constructive or negative and erosive.?Pause and think about how you can manage change to make it an optimistic experience.
According to the Oxford Dictionary?Change, pronounced /CHānj/,?can be used as a?verb?or?noun.
verb
1. make (someone or something) different; alter or modify.
"both parties voted against proposals to change the law"
2. replace (something) with something else, especially something of the same kind that is newer or better; substitute one thing for (another).
"she decided to change her name"
noun
1. the act or instance of making or becoming different.
"the change from a nomadic to an agricultural society"
2. coins as opposed to paper currency.

Once self-discovery unfolds in your writing, magic begins with an organic?timeline.?That is when I lead you to that?high note by asking?more questions, which you can fine tune based on your own needs in order to?create positive pathways written to?emotionally support you as you move?through them.
