Any change starts with Cue – A Signal. It could be anything in our life. Even a small signal from your body about your health, signal from your performance at your supervisor, signal from your relationship etc. All need to be understood first. It is a trigger for a change of habit required.
The challenge in changing the habit is something that we must understand. The Bad habits are easy to adopt, however, to develop a good habit it need consistent focus and regular effort to see results. ?In the life our association plays major role in developing any habit be it good or bad. Though the bad will be easy to catch up like missing tile syndrome.
