Last week I took a wonderful class on how to best create a newsletter on LinkedIn with ?Shanee Moret and Shankar Poncelet .

The class was fantastic. Consequently, I am going to rename the DialogueWORKS Newsletter to Difficult Conversation Hacks.

?

Why?

?

It is more descriptive of what I write about. It’s a branding thing.

?

I will still offer all kinds of principles and skills for dealing with those conversations ?people avoid. And I will also add the kinds of tips that will help you to become master communicators.

?

I hope you will stay subscribed. And I promise I will do a better job of writing at least one newsletter a week.
