I created the Not Just CAD! newsletter to talk about AutoCAD and Revit, and sometimes, not just CAD too, hence the name. CAD is often quite dry, so expect a bit of CAD-related humour (or Not Just CAD-related humour) along the way!

As a LinkedIn [in]structor and an Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI), it’s always good to pass on my AutoCAD and Revit expertise to you through my courses in the LinkedIn Learning library. I’ll mention a few links to my courses, featuring one a week, and I’ll also feature one of my AutoCAD Tips & Tricks too. There will also be new stuff going on out there in the world of CAD!

A change of frequency….

Sometimes life gets a bit insane, and you need to take a good look at how you manage your time. This, in turn, has led me to decide that I will now be publishing Not Just CAD! bi-weekly. There’s a lot going on in the background at Bryant Towers, and it will not only help with that, but also means I am not over saturating all you lovely Not Just CAD! subscribers too!

AutoCAD 2022 courses are up!

As usual, me and the incredible people at LinkedIn Learning provide day-on-date courses in the library. AutoCAD 2022 is no exception. AutoCAD gets an annual makeover from Autodesk each year in March, and the 2022 version is no exception. Watch out for some new cool stuff in this AutoCAD version too! AutoCAD Tips & Tricks

Talking of AutoCAD, I always feature one of my AutoCAD Tips & Tricks in the Not Just CAD! newsletter. This week you can check out how to utilize the Web and Mobile folders in AutoCAD. Using these folders, you can save drawings to your own little cloud and then open the same drawings in the AutoCAD web and mobile apps.
