Change: Failing or Winning
Sometimes we must decide if we need to change our Job or remain so that we can fight for our values and beliefs. There is a thin line between considering it a failure or winning. It depends on your point of view and the consequences of your choice.?
Every time I decided to change, at that moment, my choice was the best. It is impossible to change the past, so we must live without regrets and firmly believe that our choices have been the best ever. When we change, we leave what we know, our team, and our effort in what we have believed for years. You fight for your team and your values and beliefs. Still, sometimes more is needed to win and create an ideal environment where you feel loved and appreciated.
In my career, I have met several colleagues working in the same company for over 20 years. They are super experts in their Job sector furthermore, they have married to one brand for their career. I envy them because I have changed jobs every 3 or 4 years.?
When I changed, I took that decision because I found a new significant opportunity that helped me to grow in my career. On the other hand, I didn't fight enough to remain and try to grow inside the same company.
Some theories say that you can only change Jobs after three years; otherwise, you don't learn or give anything to your carrier and company. Therefore, at the same time, we have positive and negative aspects when we decide to change.
The positive aspects are:

Finally, the big question is: Change Failing or Winning?
A right or wrong answer doesn't exist because it depends on your living situation. The most important thing is being the best version of yourself. Put all your effort, belief, and values into your experience and accept whatever will be about results and gratification.
