Change the Expectations

There are millions of reasons to not have everything planned out. There are too many inputs, too many risks, life is full of surprises, things may not work out so why even try. There are the known unknowns and there's the things we don't expect at all; and things we never used to think about intrude our lives and the lives of our loved ones too often. We still need to try and have some kind of reasonable, manageable expectations though, so we can at least create the framework for positive decisions and actions.

And when we don't know what to expect, there's just no way to create some smart, attainable goals - It all causes a lot of stressed out people which puts tons of pressure on families, businesses, relationships...which just perpetuates a counter-productive spiral.

The world has already been changing - the pandemic had a lot to with it, sure, but demographic changes have been coming our way for decades...India growing into the largest population is just the first domino to a big change across the world's economies, financial and investment world, tech, security, agriculture, health; don't think world powers just hand over the baton like it's a relay race, history shows that things don't just work that smoothly and easily.
