I think everyone needs to read this article. Since being one of the authors of the Seize the Future Conference on the future of the legal profession in 1998 where our predictions have come true in the last four years. Changes are going to have to be made which was my message to the ALA National Conferences in 2016 and 2017 before 2020. The law firm business model will and must change. So where does a law firm start? I just sent an article to the ALA for how to start and sustain change.
