CHANGE IS NOT COMING, IT’S HERE - ARE YOU READY?

CHANGE IS NOT COMING, IT’S HERE - ARE YOU READY?

Over the past two decades we have seen significant advances in heat pumps, ECM motors, mini-splits systems, scroll compressors, inverter technology, and in how these systems are controlled, monitored, and serviced. If you are like most HVACR instructors, you have made changes to the training you deliver to address these important hot topic issues. SEER2 efficiency ratings and A2L Refrigerants are a few examples of the next generation of changes that will affect how you prepare your learners for success in the HVACR industry.?

Teachers simply cannot teach what they do not know! As few of us have worked on SEER2 rated equipment, or systems containing A2L refrigerants (R-32, R-454B, etc.), it is imperative we take the time to learn about them and make the necessary changes to our programs. The best way to accomplish this is to get firsthand information from those involved in their design, engineering, development, and manufacture. While one could travel across the country to meet these individuals, thankfully you can travel to one location to meet many of them.??

The three-day National HVACR Education Conference allows you to select from over sixty lecture and hands-on sessions, created specifically for HVACR instructors. With so many classes offered you can create a unique and individualized schedule, customized to meet your needs. The conference is open to anyone involved in the HVACR industry who is interested in learning about new technologies, codes, content-delivery techniques, and interacting with those who change the face of our industry. However, there is an emphasis on classes to help those involved in training the current and future workforce become more effective in their roles.?

A great benefit of this in-person event, is the opportunity to walk the floor of the exposition hall. It is here that you will meet manufacturers, associations, publishers, standards organizations, and others face-to-face, who have the resources to help you improve your program. Dedicated time is allocated for the exhibit hall, allowing you to enjoy meals, and learn while traversing the exhibit hall aisles.??

Attend the ultimate, live face-to-face learning experience, with great sessions and exhibits March 20-22, 2023, at the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Then continue your learning online with additional courses on the HVACR Learning Network.?

Perkins May Help You Attend
