Change is Coming......
The world of HVACR will begin a new chapter January 1st as we transition to SEER2 equipment using M1 testing procedures. This means equipment manufactured before 1/1/2023 will not be allowed for installation unless it has been re-certified to meet SEER ratings. Most manufacturers have already made preparations for this transition and have adopted new equipment standards that are far different than previous generations. These new standards will bring larger equipment, more communicating systems, as well as Bluetooth connectivity on many models to assure validated commissioning and setup as well as increased diagnostic capability. You won't want to miss this episode of "Did You Know" where we spend time with David Brannen of RHEEM to discuss all that changes that are happening in just a couple months. It is going to be a bumpy ride my friends.
