CHANGE CAN BE TEMPORARY

The temporary change is the most common approach to change. Here you FORCE your outer manifestations to appear the way you want. It may work for a while but eventually the old manifestations return. Temporary change will not change your internal experience.
For example, if you want to get away from driving your boring car with its excessive fuel consumption and expensive repairs you may get a new car. Unfortunately, since you still use your old driving style, with the emergency brake on, you will not enjoy driving this car either and the fuel consumption and excessive repairs remains.
The temporary change comes from trying to correct something that is disliked by forcing an alteration on your environment or yourself without changing your causative feeling, belief or thought.
