Improvement often requires change. Not every change will show immediate results. Some changes will make matters worse for a while, before turning good. This requires patience. Do you tend to give up right away? Some of the best changes I made, were very painful in the short term.

2 年Other changes simply are too big to be visible quickly. Took us decades (if not centuries) to mess up the planet, now #impactinvestors live in #cognitivedissonance that with some small changes they can do miracles. Or expect a #panacea to work out of the box. But any change takes effort! Lots of efforts!
