How are you setting out keeping your momentum?
Are you ready .....
- Take Your Places = Let's get psyching yourself up.
- On Your Marks =Positioning yourself and business.
- Get Set = Plans are in place.
- Go Go Go - Action time = Perspire & Grit
- Small slip or big knockback = Managing Setbacks, running countermeasures.
- Throttle Up / Throttle down = Persistence
Change is coming - Are you going to Accept or Decline it.
The target "Maintain our Mo" or Maintaining our Momentum provides us clarity on our continuous performance.
Do you have it or do you need to create it?
Let be exact, to human beings, changes are how we experience living.
Changes are the phenomena through which existence unfolds.
How do we define "Change."
"A change is the act, or sum of acts, of making a thing or things different."
The events of 2020 have created what seems to be a lot of change, many in the form of restrictions.
What is Tangible, what is working, what isn't working.
Is everything changeable, or do you feel it is changelessness?
If you Accept the Call
If you Decline the Call
Both will require you and your business to A.D.A.P.T.
A. =Do you have Adaptability
D. =How is your Determination mindset
A. =Do you know your Achilles heel in your business
P. =What is the Pulse rate of your business
T. =Have you a Tailor-Made Plan
I created the ADAPT Plan earlier in the year for businesses in need and individual ready to step up. Given recent trouble news throughout the western world, i keep thinking about Dashrath Manjhi.
I speak about him here:
If you're short on time;
Dashrath dug through a mountain.
Despite ridicule and being part of the lowest rung within Indian's cast systems he decided that society needed something from him,
Every day for the next 22 years, he used his hammer and chisel to break off smaller stones from the bigger rocks.
As an individual, as leaders and as businesses, we can take inspiration this him.
For example:
With 60 days left in this rather testing year,
Send out 20 emails per day to new prospects.
Send out 50 followups.
In total that's 4800 emails,
Losing is hard,
It is hard to lose if you embrace the power you have to achieve.
Whatever the example is not about the numbers, its about the routine, the actions.
Consistency is king.
Everyday remaining focused on your purpose, does this seem hard, easy or just too complicated?
"Success generates Success", the most robust and genuine source of self-efficacy is success. While failing to learn from failure has the reserve effect.
As a facilitator of change, I look at everything involved in your "baking your business cake".
My approach is creative, and it super simple.
I listen, and i ask questions.
However, it is laid out careful analysis and deliberation, careful implementation, review and persistence.
What is holding you back?
There are 3 minimum specifics needed for a change to begin.
- What is intended to be made different?
- How different it is intended to be made?
- How it is intended to be made different?
It a lot to take in, isn't it?
As leaders, owners, we have the constant demands of staff, bills, remote working, logistics, customers, suppliers and the wonders and worries about our own families.
It requires leadership, it does require time to comprehend.
What choices do i have, what actions can we take.
By tipping the balance in favour of all the pros over the cons of changing allows a realistic optimism. It is adapting our mindset and set out a clear strategy.
Learning the value of adapting and change increases our growth, simpling wishing for change or success doesn't have a high probability of success.
I have had to have all types of conversations with businesses and leaders in real need this year to businesses that are struggling to cope with the demand.
By taking control of your environment, avoiding the pitfalls, using preset countermeasures, we can:
Get Set & Go - lead with purpose and succeed with change.
I asked at the top - How are you setting out keeping your momentum?
My advice:
Accept the call to change.
Maintain your momentum by identifying not just the short term, the long term approach.
If you not sure how then let's listen to each other's questions.
Finding your mark and let's get your mindset set for perpetuating your growth
