Change is better than a rest!

With unprecedented changes going on today due to the COVID-19, nobody can deny everybody is experiencing change on a massive scale.

Rather than see the current situation as a negative, think of it as a massive NEED for change in capital letters. If you were struggling to implement a continuous improvement culture inside your organisation before the outbreak. Know that before people can change, they need to have a strong need to do so.

When it's time to go back to the workplace the worst thing you can do is try and carry on as you did before. Everybody has just experienced a change, and therefore are open to embracing it.

Strike while the iron is hot, take this opportunity to engage your people in team-based brainstorming workshops to rethink how and what your business does.
