Continuing the series I started yesterday in Change Management, Today We will continue with another aspect. Here the context Change management refers to the Change/ difference came in our life whether it’s personal or professional .We can relate change Management in personal life, in business/corporate, in every aspect and stage.?

Change May be any, for example, we shift our home or we shift our job is a change. If starts a new business is a change. In an organization, Management changed due to take over is a change.?New product, New project or new people is a change. It is shifting from old to new. ?How can we bring big results by changing our small methodology? My current boss always used to tell everyone that how you do one thing, you do everything.

1.??????Prioritize:?We must prioritize our work list (personal or professional) with numbers 1,2,3. The one which is having most importance & urgency will be in our top most priority. Knowing and numbering the priority will reduce your stress, improve productivity & focus & save your time. Your Daily priorities are always aligned with your bigger goals.

2.??????Time Management: Living in fast pace world, Time management is highly important. It is itself a vast and detail subject. But here when we talk about Time, it is in respect of methodology we use to save our time in our daily routine life. Every one having 24 hours to perform, you have to set limit to complete, Track it with deadlines, set benchmark.

3.??????Resource Selection: ?Recourses plays very vital role as in the era or technology, we must choose the option best suits to our task. Whether it may laptop/Computer, It may Vehicles, It may tab or mobiles, it may even pen or calculator. So choose recourses which save our time and energy.

These are very basic but very important areas to work upon. Having information is a different thing and to apply in your day to day life is different thing. My clear intention is with change in small things we definitely create big result.??
