The new year has come. Resolutions have been made and will soon be forgotten in a whirling sequence of events called life.
How is your determination to win big this year? Do you plan in advance? How far in the future?
Personally, my planning horizon shrank to a couple of weeks. That is what war and uncertainty do to you.
But I'm optimistic and full of hopeful expectations. I think this year will be revolutionary.
How so?
First, AI is getting closer to people, data is becoming less frightening, and innovation is almost a habit for most of us. Exciting, right?
I can't make myself stop playing with ChatGPT, and if you have yet to notice, the featured image for this article was also generated with AI.
Second, my company Ring.io is preparing to make a considerable pivot slash launch slash product expansion. I'm so excited I can barely hold my tongue not to spill the beans.
All the teams are working together, the product development is fascinating, and I can't wait to start preparing a GTM strategy.
It's interesting how engaging and meaningful work with clear goals, processes, and outcomes unites people. So much for only compensation incentives.

Third, I'm expanding my knowledge in sales & marketing. Taking a couple of Coursera courses and reading a lot.
On this note - a big shoutout to my favorite humble and brave idea generator and true entrepreneur Julia Nimchinski and her new book "Reinventing Virtual Events" in co-authorship with Justin Michael ? .
I started reading it yesterday evening and caught myself still reading at 1 am.
A plethora of ideas, lots of interesting stats, witty quotes, and exceptional depth.
I'm only 2nd chapter in and already have an itching desire to hold my own events. So I'll be seeing where it leads me.
That's all updates, I guess.
Wait, I have a question for you:
What influences your energy during the workday the most?
For me, it's music and communication with my coworkers. How about you?
Could you let me know? Maybe I'll steal your ways for my working days.
