Carling originated in Canada and was first brewed by Carling Brewery as Black & White Lager, prior to its rebranding in 1927 which locked in on "Black Label” the brand. The brewery later merged with Canadian Breweries Limited, which soon became the world's largest brewing company. This allowed for large-scale global distribution and brand promotion, leading to its soaring popularity in Africa!

CBL delivers a lively, fruity taste with low bitterness and an amalgamation of malty sweet and bitter fragrances.
