The key challenge of Marketing is to maximize the Return on Investment (#ROI) by delivering #Sales, #Market and #CustomerValue within the constraints set by your Budget.

However, it is also a key task to understand the needs of potential customers, often when they are not yet ready to buy and want something different from what you are selling them.
