This paper explores the specific challenges faced by short-term IT projects and provides strategies for managing them effectively. These challenges, if not properly addressed, can lead to delays, cost overruns, and compromised project quality. The paper concludes by proposing actionable solutions for ensuring success in short-term IT project management.


Introduction

With the rapid evolution of technology and business requirements, short-term IT projects have become increasingly common. These projects, often lasting less than three months, require quick delivery without sacrificing quality. However, the short duration brings distinct challenges such as tighter deadlines, limited budgets, and heightened expectations from stakeholders.
