Challenges in Life and Projects

Challenges are part of everyone's life. Overcoming challenges is one of the first pre-requisite for success.One with courage fight and over come these challenges and achieve success in life. Success is progressive realization of a worthy idea.One without courage will always blame others and situation and wont achieve anything. This the difference between extra ordinary person and ordinary person.

The only place in this world where there are no challenges and there is only peace is "grave yard". People do not encounter challenges and remain in peace there. This is very important to understand and do not quit when a challenge is thrown at you.

Similarly projects do encounter challenges in its life cycle. No project will have zero challenges. It is the Project Manager who plans for these challenging situation and have clear strategy to deal with it when it arises. Projects have to go on and its is important to manage these challenges.

A land where the project is built will not have any challenge before start of any project. But when the project is started on the same land , the challenges will definitely come. The one who manages these challenges effectively , is able to complete the project successfully.
