Challenges of the generation being responsible for transformation.
The world has changed from a culture of?tradition and respect?to?practicality and professionalism. While every culture has pros and cons, the difficult part is the transformation that certain people must go through it. On the one hand, we have one culture where “following the guidance of seniors/elders” matters more than “outcomes”, and on the other hand, we have another culture where “outcomes” matter most and the rest is not of much importance. While no one is wrong in expecting from others, the one who acts as a bridge always remains under the pressure of expectations. The pressure from the previous generation to hold the old way of working/living, whereas the pressure from the new generation to adopt the new way of working/living.
Some of us can relate it to our personal lives, but if we think twice, we will find it equally relevant in our professional life as well ??
Is there any solution??
The solution is to take the decision without thinking about the reactions of others. The more we remain in the situation, the more it creates pressure, restlessness, and differences, leading to frustrations and negativity.?
