9 个月Yes its very challenging blue collar hiring there is many difficulties - When we go hire first issue facing mostly blue collar don't have actual skills , mostly don't have proper documents like CV and such required documents for understanding their skills and knowledge experienced and education, they are agree to work every condition and environments without know what is required for work their, and blue collar is very cultural not professional.
