We’ve managed to reach the dizzy heights of c£100m, over 400 amazing colleagues, and when to invest and grow senior/middle management, when to recruit from outside vs. within, and the associated success stories, coupled with disasters that have prevailed. Empowerment vs. Micro management, focus vs. chasing every ‘entrepreneurial opportunity’ all exude!!
