Challenge to have Role Model- Ethical V/s Unethical

Today Gen Next is asking or rather confused about,  Who Should be their Ideal role model ?

Indian Politics lost its charm  to attract educated youngsters long back may be  because of prevailing Caste, Creed n Color (benchmarking) systems and of course countless scams like fodder, defence deal, 2G, 3G, NRHM, Common Wealth Game & Ponzi scheme Scans etc. giving bad name to politics.

On the other side, Govt. jobs/employment opportunities are shrinking & hardly demand any performance in office. It is only Pvt. sector which is generating huge employment & business opportunities in the country.

But in the past few months greed of our fugitive business tycoons like Vijay Mallya, Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi etc.  and now Chanda Kochar   once celebrity banker is on look out  by investigating agencies is highly depressing & painful.

Indian Govt. under New Company Act 2013, passed  bill to make every company responsible through  mandatory CSR by spending 2% of their Profit but not assured that how to make profit  by remain ethical or unethical.

Is  this conducive environment  for 21st Century business or we need to transform the landscape of doing ethical business, so that  our young generation, especially young entrepreneurs should not suffer because of  the deeds (or misdeeds)  of their so called   role models, who  are declared fugitive or behind the bar.
