I am taking the recent heartfelt and beautiful post by the amazing Walter Geer as a welcomed challenge. I am glad to take it.

And posting this as a challenge to others as well.

Walter, here are my reasons. And why I too am f*****g unapologetic in the views I express when it comes to today’s issues (Church Lady tries not to swear)!

The life and career challenges that I have had should NEVER be theirs tomorrow. That is my responsibility as their “Auntie Mame” of a relative. (Those of a certain age will understand that reference)!

Making change for them and all the children of my village, is indeed, making change for all of us.

People, find your reason. Especially those of you who embrace being called advocates and allies. And be f*****g unapologetic about it.
