10 个月Transitioning to a second job can actually be less challenging? for a few reasons. Firstly, the job descriptions often vary, providing individuals with the opportunity to refine existing skills or even learn new ones. Secondly, with prior work experience, employees tend to feel more confident and less anxious about diving into new challenges. Starting fresh might feel nerve-wracking at first, but trust me, in no time you will be rocking it like a pro.

You have gained experience from the first job so the expectations graph of immediate bosses is greater while you still need so much to learn from your new job. Or 2. You yourself feel polished and excited to share your thoughts and practice your training. However, your new bosses may consider you a newbie and won't be allowing you to implement your policies. So, the "passion" may contradict "experience" leaving you challenged at the new job.
